La Coupe des Nations is selling tickets for the 70th edition of this event. The tickets, in the form of digital tickets, are usable according to the conditions indicated on the ticket.

Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions Use of the website necessarily implies acceptance of these terms of use and the liability exclusions contained herein. No guarantee is provided regarding the content of texts and/or links accessible via coupe-des-nations.com. La Coupe des Nations declines all liability for damages that may result from the use of the site or the downloading of files. Only Swiss law is applicable. In the event of a price change, no surcharge or refund will be made for products already sold.

Terms of Use The conditions of the benefits may vary at any time. The number of benefits may vary at any time. La Coupe des Nations does not guarantee a minimum number of benefits.

Liability La Coupe des Nations acts as an intermediary between the Beneficiary and the Service Provider, and in no case represents the Service Provider. Service Providers are solely responsible for the proper execution and quality of the service. The Beneficiary is therefore informed that no liability can be held against La Coupe des Nations. La Coupe des Nations reserves the right to suspend access to the website for technical reasons, updates, or development. In case of loss, theft, or destruction of the ticket, the Beneficiary will not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind.

Data Confidentiality Data is treated with strict confidentiality but may be used to ensure the smooth operation of commercial exchanges with Beneficiaries.

Data Collection Registry Files containing data of coupe-des-nations.com Beneficiaries have not been transmitted to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner for registration.

Applicable Law Swiss law is applicable.

Validity The use or attempted use of an invalid or already used ticket is prohibited. In order to have the ticket scanned, the Beneficiary must prepare it on their phone or present it in printed form upon arrival at the venue.

Modification coupe-des-nations.com reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. After modifications, the new General Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted.
